Yuhong Yin is the director of engineering for IBM Regtech Portfolio including OpenPages with Watson, Financial Crimes Insight and Safer Payments, responsible for the Development, Cloud SRE and Client Success. She has proven leadership in strategic, organizational transformation (Agile, Enterprise Design Thinking, DevOps), and in leading innovative product.

She has been successfully driving business process re-engineering, application modernization, technology innovation, AI and machine learning adoption. She was named as the "IBM 2017 Managers Champion" and participated in the "2018 Catalyst Award" interview process.  She holds a master’s degree from MIT Sloan Business School in system design and management.

Dr Arun Kumar is Senior Technical Leader at IBM Research, where he co-leads Security and Compliance strategy for IBM’s Hybrid Cloud. He is a member of the prestigious IBM Academy of Technology, holds more than 35 international patents and has co-authored a similar number of peer-reviewed publications. He has delivered several invited talks at reputed international conferences and other venues.

Apart from building innovative products and services from the ground up, Dr Kumar enjoys conversations with customers usually leading to pragmatic solutions for their pain points. He has worked closely with banking, telecom and IT customers from multiple countries. Presently, he operates at the intersection of Cloud and AI with a focus on Regulatory Compliance.
